The award value of $1000 will remain. The new deadline is March 30, 2023.

To apply for the NextLevel Student Scholarship, students must meet the following criteria:

  • Applicant is an undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a career in law, compliance, or public policy.
  • Applicant is enrolled in an accredited college or university for the Spring 2023 or Fall 2023 semester.
  • Applicant must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher.

Federalist Society Hosts Second Amendment and Constructional Carry Laws Presentation

The University of Akron School of Law and The Federalist Society for Law & Public Policy Studies will be hosting George A. Mocsary, Professor of Law, University of Wyoming to present on The Second Amendment and Constructional Carry Laws in Ohio. This presentation will take place on Tuesday, October 19, 2022 from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm in the Brennan Courtroom, room 180. CLEs and refreshments will be served.
