When: Thursday, March 28, 2013 from 8 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. (Welcome Reception on March 27)

Where: Atrium of the Cuyahoga County Courthouse (The Old Courthouse). 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, OH

How: registration by e-mail open now through March 27, 2013. On-site registration available on the day of the Job Fair. To register via e-mail, send an e-mail with resume attached to jobs@clemetrobar.org. The e-mail should contain your name, e-mail address, telephone number, mailing address, year in school or years of legal experience and whether you will attend the welcome reception on March 27.

Tuscarawas County Prosecutor to interview on campus on March 12, 2013 – submit resume, cover letter and writing sample to CPPO by Monday, 2/25

Amanda Miller from the Tuscarawas County Prosecutors’ office will participate in the Government/Public Interest Info fair on March 12. While here, she would like to interview second year students for summer 2013 internships. Students should have their intern certificate. She is looking for students who are interested in prosecution work. They will be participating in misdemeanor practice in municipal court and second chairing on some felony cases. Internship would be paid and would be about 20 hours/week. Amount of pay is not yet determined. Interested students should e-mail their resume, cover letter, and a short (4-6 pages) writing sample to Barbara Weinzierl at bcw@uakron.edu by Monday, February, 25 at 12 noon with “Tuscarawas County Prosecutor” in the subject line.

Major Cleveland law firm seeks a 2L (class of 2014) for an eight-week summer clerkship in its Cleveland office.  The summer law clerk will work with members of the Business Litigation and Product Liability Litigation practice groups.  Outstanding academic credentials, excellent writing and research skills, and a strong interest in a career as a trial lawyer are required.  Participation in Law Review and moot court team competition are preferred, as is coursework and/or clinical offerings in trial practice.  Required materials include a letter of interest, resume, and transcript.
