 The National Law Journal has launched its “Best of NLJ” survey and we are pleased to share that Akron Law is listed in the category of Best IP LL.M. Program.  Below is the link for the survey.  We noted that there are many categories and the Best IP LL.M. category is imbedded in a longer survey (several pages into the survey).  It also appears that there does not have to be a vote cast for every category.  Voting begins January 23 and closes February 10.  We encourage you to vote and please feel free to share this link with others.

Cleveland, OH: Jackson Lewis LLP, a law firm dedicated to representing management exclusively in labor and employment law, is accepting application materials for a potential summer associate position.  Interested candidates should be current second year full-time or third/fourth year part-time students who will graduate in December 2013 or May 2014.  Applicants should have a strong interest in labor and employment law. Classwork in these areas is also helpful, but not required.  The Firm requires candidates in the top 1/3 of their class.
