Akron Law professor seeks to hire law students for two positions

DUTIES: Provide short-term research assistance for Professor Katharine Van Tassel.

HOURS: Hours are flexible. She is looking for two students to work 15-20 hours per week who have at least a B average.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a second year law student who is interested in researching quality, cost and access to healthcare issues, genetics and other issues that are germane to Health Law and Food & Drug Law generally.

Prof VT is looking to personally hire a very mature, responsible, common sense law student with a car to assist her in getting a few chores done before she arrives in Akron. Duties may include staying at her rental house to wait for service people to arrive, letting them in and ensuring that they complete their jobs/tasks in an acceptable manner. Federal Bar Association Book Drive – volunteers needed in Cleveland

The Federal Bar Association would love to have your help for one evening next week getting books from its book drive sorted and ready for distribution. If you are interested and available to help, please send a quick email reply to Amanda Knapp at AKnapp@ralaw.com as soon as possible and let her know which evening(s) next week you are available. It should just be for a few hours. The possible evenings we are looking at are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday of next week.
