Willoughby law firm seeks law clerk – Submit application materials to CPPO by December 7

Willoughby, OH: John D. Mismas, Esq. (The Mismas Law Firm) is seeking a part-time 2nd or 3rd year law student or a full-time 2nd year law student for a law clerk position. The firm’s national practice focuses on plaintiff’s torts and environmental work. Must be willing to work 10-15 hours/week. Work will involve research and writing, going to court with Attorney Mismas and preparing for trials. Must be willing to “get your hands dirty”.  Prefers students with real life experience. If you are interested, you must submit resume and writing sample to Director of Career Planning, Barbara Weinzierl via e-mail (bcw@uakron.edu) by Wednesday, December 7 at 12 noon . REMINDER P.A.D. Meeting – Nov. 18, 12:15 pm, W-206

Phi Alpha Delta will be having our end-of-semester meeting on Friday, November 18, at 12:15 in W-206. We will be collectively deciding on events for spring semester and would like to have an open discussion with ideas for new activities. Additionally, we will begin planning our trip to the national convention being held this summer, and a spring induction ceremony. All current members or those interested in becoming members are encouraged to attend!
