Celebrating the Life of Professor Malina Coleman
The School of Law will hold a special celebration on Wednesday, Nov. 4 in honor of the life of Professor Malina Coleman who passed away Oct. 25. The celebration will be held at Quaker Square Inn in Ballrooms B and C from 4:30 – 7: 30 p.m. Professor Coleman had been a professor at the School of Law since 1989. Pink Day – Support Breast Cancer Awareness Oct 30
Law Association for Women announces the First Akron Law “Pink Day” in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Please wear at least one pink item of clothing to show your support for breast cancer awareness on Friday, October 30th, 2009.
Law Association for Women will provide pink ribbons and accept donations to support breast cancer awareness at their table in the student lounge. Pink Day 2009 is celebrated in loving memory of Professor Malina Coleman.
Law Students Invited to Bankruptcy Appellate Panel Nov 3-4
Chief Bankruptcy Judge Shea-Stonum will be sitting at the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel on Nov. 3rd and 4th in Cleveland at the Howard Metzenbaum Courthouse (201 Superior Ave. Cleveland , Ohio).
