Mendes Hershman Student Writing Contest

The American Bar Association Business Law Section is sponsoring its 24th annual Mendes Hershman student writing contest to encourage and reward law student writings on a business law subject of general and current interest.

Each ABA-accredited law school, acting through its dean, is asked to nominate one paper on a high quality business law topic written in the 2009-2010 or current academic year by a student currently enrolled in the law school’s J.D. program.

I currently have 1 student who has submitted a draft for nomination.  If you are interested in submitting a paper, please let me know.  Entries must be submitted by Jan. 8, and we will need time to review the submissions—so please get your submission to me by 12/18/09 at the latest if you would like to have your paper considered for nomination.
