Part-Time Students-If you are enrolling for more than 10 credit hours (an overload) and have not already received permission from Assistant Dean Thorpe to do so, you must submit the Request for Deviation from Standard Credit Hour Load (Overload) form  – click HERE.

Return this permission request form as soon as possible to me in the Dean’s Office, Room 136.  Once reviewed by Assistant Dean Thorpe, I will notify you of her decision.

NOTE:  Permission to enroll in an underload is no longer required.  However, please keep in mind that one or more underloads may impact your date of completion.  As well, a reduced  number of hours may impact your financial aid loans.

Thank you.
