The Supreme Court’s Decision on the Constitutionality of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act

On July 12, 2012, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., The University of Akron School of Law will present a one hour program on the upcoming decision of the Supreme Court in United States Department of Health and Human Services v. The presenter will be Professor Wilson R. Huhn. Professor Huhn is the author of the book ObamaCare: Is It Necessary, What Will It Accomplish, Is It Constitutional? and the attorney of record of an amicus brief submitted to the Supreme Court in this case. We look forward to seeing you at the program!
