The Law Clerk position is designed to expose law students to the field of intellectual property law and provide an evaluation of a clerk’s abilities. Qualified candidates will: – Possess a degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, ceramic, glass science, materials science, chemical), physics, chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology or similar – Be currently enrolled in law school with one year completed – Possess outstanding written and oral communication skills – Have excellent research skills Responsibilities will include research, drafting patent applications, drafting opinions and other patent and trademark related projects.
