The deadline to request exam rescheduling due to conflict or weekend need or accommodations as provided through the Office of Accessibility is this Friday, April 10, 2015. If you have to reschedule a Saturday or Sunday exam due to religious reasons or have a conflict please email Asst. Dean Ivy Banks at ikw1@uakron.edu. If you have approved accommodations by the Office of Accessibility and are requesting the use of those accommodations for your exams, please complete the Special Exam Accommodation Request form and submit it to Misty D. Franklin at misty@uakron.edu.

Spring 2015 ASP Exam Simulations
We are quickly coming up on the end of the term. Next week (April 13-17) is the last of your ASP Group Sessions. The following week is exam simulations. The exam questions will be released through their respective ASP TWEN pages at 4:45 on their respective dates (see below), and the answers at 6:00 on the same dates. The simulated exams will be held as follows:
Civil Procedure: April 20th , Room 301 (Library) at 5:00-6:00 pm
Property: April 21st, Room 165 at 5:00-6:00 pm
Criminal Law: April 22nd, Room 165 at 5:00-6:00 pm

CQE Clinic Volunteer Training – Friday, April 17, 5:00pm
Our next free Certificate of Qualification for Employment (CQE) clinic is Saturday, April 18th! We’re very excited to be providing opportunities for ex-offenders in Summit County to take a step toward gaining employment and independence!
We are looking for students to volunteer from 9:45a-12:45p on Saturday, April 18th. The clinic will be held at Springfield High School in Akron. The time you volunteer can be applied toward your graduation requirement as pro bono limited means hours.
There will be a volunteer training on Friday, April 17th, 5:00-6:15p at the law school. The time you’re at training will count toward your pro bono limited means hours as well.

Constitutional Law Student Fellows
The Center for Constitutional Law (CCL) at Akron announces the 2015-16 Constitutional Law Fellows. The Center is one of four national centers Congress established in 1986 to commemorate the bicentennial of the U.S. Constitution by supporting legal research and education on constitutional law. Fellows work with the CCL director and affiliated faculty on research, conferences, programming, and public education.
