Remote Metadata Internship – Law Library of Congress

Duties: Interns will work remotely reading Supreme Court cases and assigning keywords and subject terms to the cases they read. Interns will be unpaid, but may use this position for course credit, if applicable to their school’s requirements.
Qualifications: Must have reliable internet access, an email address they regularly check, Microsoft Excel, and a PDF viewer. Will work online for at least 20 hours per week for 8-10 weeks or more this summer. Familiarity with US history, case law, and assigning terms from a controlled vocabulary is preferred, but all higher education students are welcome to apply.
