Emphasis on representing boards of education in all aspects of education / school law, including but not limited to: collective bargaining, administrative proceedings, (SERB, EEOC / OCRC, BWC, and OHSAA), special education, and tax valuation.
Duties will include the ability to present on legal topics at firm and industry seminars.
Qualifications: Strong writing, interpersonal and entrepreneurial skills are required.
