Proquest Supreme Court Insight provides convenient access to U.S. Supreme Court dockets, petitions, briefs, appendices, oral argument transcripts and opinions. This database contains cases argued before the Supreme Court only, not cert. denied cases. Currently, 500 cases from 2004-2014/15 are loaded. Over the next year, content from the current term will be added, as well as content working backward from 2004. By the end of 2017, the database will go back to 1975. Proquest’s subject matter indexing allows you to easily find cases on a certain subject, such as particular constitutional amendments, taxation, voting rights, land use and more.
