Qualifications: Candidate must possess thorough knowledge of the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure and the Supreme Court Writing Guide. The Nationwide Insurance Trial Division defends Nationwide insureds through our personal lines and commercial policies. Our summer law clerk will assist Trial Division attorneys with research, writing, and preparation of file materials, client interactions, and court appearances. The position will offer 40 hours per week for 12 weeks.
