Social Justice Fellows—Application

This program is intended to engage law students in the work of addressing systemic and institutional sources of inequality and injustice. Students who are selected this year will comprise the inaugural class.

Fellows will commit to as many as three hours per week devoted to the activities of the Social Justice Project. During their time as Fellows, students may engage in the following activities:

  • Help to research, plan and execute programs and initiatives.
  • Work with community partners.
  • Lead student discussion forums.
  • Complete a Social Justice Project writing/research project before graduation.
  • Annual interview with the Director regarding professional goals and pathways.
  • First-year students will participate in a Social Justice Reading Group (not for credit) during the Fall semester.
