Join the Federalist Society on Monday from 12:15 to 1:15 in room 140 for information about the organization and how to become a member. The Federalist Society is a network of conservative and libertarian minded legal professionals who believe that (1) the state exists to protect liberty, (2) separation of powers is central to the Constitution, and (3) it is the role of the judiciary to say what the law is, not what it should be. We’ll discuss these principles, as well as what the Federalist Society does to advance them. We’ll also discuss how being a member of the Federalist Society can help you to develop your skills as an attorney, and network with influential like-minded legal professionals. We’ll see you there!
