AkronLawJobs No. 9000 Overview: Seeking an intern for the spring semester to work with Assistant Prosecutors in the civil division on multiple types of law.
Duties: Research, motion drafting, and the opportunity to observe mediations and hearings.
Qualifications: 2L, 3L.. Some legal experience is good, especially in civil or county government, but not necessary.
Work Hours: Spring Semester is flexible – ideally one day a week during the office hours of 8:00 – 4:00.
Compensation: The internship is unpaid, but students are eligible for pro bono service hours. May also be eligible for the Public Interest Law stipend or for externship credit through Akron Law during the summer.
