Duties: 10-20 hours per week during Summer 2018 and the possibility of continuing through the 2018-2019 school year; Conduct legal research and prepare a wide array of legal memoranda; Prepare pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation; General administrative duties; and Areas of practice include litigation, estate planning, criminal securities, etc.
Qualifications: 1L or 2L. GPA 3.0 or better and strong research and writing skills.
