The GRAD program is a semester-long program in which selected student(s) will have the opportunity to work with leading attorneys to gain substantive knowledge of practical law firm experience.
McDonald Hopkins has a growing M&A practice, providing client service on the full spectrum of services from preparing and structuring the transaction, due diligence, securing financing, negotiating terms and documents the deal. Students who have an interest in pursuing a legal career in transactional work should apply for this opportunity, which is located in the Cleveland office.
Qualifications: 3L by the Fall of 2018.
