AkronLawJobs No. 9575 Overview: Seeking an intern for the CURRENT SEMESTER. For the right student, it will continue. Will work with the Assistant Prosecutors in the civil division on multiple types of law.
Duties: Research, motion drafting, and the opportunity to observe mediations and hearings.
Qualifications: 2L or 3L. Some legal experience is good, especially in civil or county government, but not necessary.
Work Schedule: The schedule is flexible – ideally available one or two days a week during office hours, which are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Compensation: The internship is unpaid, but students are eligible for pro bono service hours.
