Qualifications: 2L and PT 3L; Minimum GPA: 3.0; U.S. Citizen; Over the age of 18; Valid state-issued photo identification; Consent to a background check; and Completed AT LEAST THREE (3) semesters of law school.
Have demonstrated skill, experience, or an interest in: The U.S. patent attorney/agent registration and/or qualification; Engineering or physics/physical sciences degree; Communication skills, both written and oral; Effectively advising inventors and management personnel regarding IP risks and strategies and portfolio management; Litigation and/or trademark experience; and Prior engineering experience.
