Local Contractor seeks a law student to assist with settling citations by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Contractors are often cited by OSHA and law students can dispute fines and citations, and assist with settlement agreements. There would be compensation for a settlement agreement. A settlement agreement can take 6 months – 1 year to achieve.
