Students interested in applying for the scholarship must: Have a criminal history (Felony and Misdemeanor offenses, not Infractions or minor traffic violations); Be an undergraduate student attending an accredited college or university within the United States; Be at least 17 years of age; Hold U.S. citizenship or permanent residency.
