Overview: The McSwain Rapp Law Helping Hand Scholarship recognizes students who have made a positive impact through public service. This scholarship provides $1,000 to one student each semester who has dedicated time to serving their community within the last three years.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must have an established record of public service within the last three years.
- Must have a GPA of 3.2 or higher.
- Must be enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university within the United States.
- Must be at least 17 years old.
- Must be a citizen of the United States.
Application Requirements:
- Completed online scholarship application.
- Proof of enrollment at an accredited college or university.
- Documentation of the applicant’s achieved GPA.
- Evidence of volunteering, such as a recommendation letter.
- An essay of approximately 500 words responding to the prompt: How has your experience helping others shaped your goals for the future?
- Applications must be submitted through the scholarship application page.
