Overview: The Peacemaker Team offers this annual scholarship to support students pursuing an undergraduate pre-law program or a law degree. The award may be used for tuition, books, supplies, and other education-related living expenses.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States
- Provide proof of acceptance into an accredited undergraduate pre-law program or enrollment in an accredited U.S. law school for the 2026–2027 academic year
- Have a minimum cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.0
- Pursue studies related to law or an intended legal practice
Application Requirements:
- Completed electronic scholarship application
- Current, complete resume
- A 500–1,000-word essay, single-spaced in 12-point font, discussing a topic related to the applicant’s intended legal practice
- Certified transcripts; high school transcripts for incoming college freshmen and college transcripts for current undergraduate or law students
- Official acceptance letter from an accredited U.S. college or law school
- Proof of legal residency, such as a birth certificate, passport, or permanent resident card; Social Security cards are not accepted
- All documents submitted in PDF format by email
- Agreement to allow use of the recipient’s name and likeness for promotional purposes and to submit a short video acceptance if selected
