It also addresses congressional concerns regarding gaming and protects gaming as a means of generating tribal revenue.
Qualifications: 1L, 2L. Prefer experience in Indian Law or a background in Indian affairs.

The Law Department is located on the Cleveland Clinic Administrative Campus in Beachwood, Ohio, an upscale Cleveland suburb.
