Attention returning law students!

The Office of Student Affairs requests student volunteers to assist with the following aspects of Orientation Week (August 19 – 23):

Volunteers will earn General Community Service Hours!

Check – In – Wednesday, August 21, 1:30 to 6:30 pm: We are looking for 3 student volunteers to assist our new students with getting checked in.

Orientation Dinner Check – In – Wednesday, August 21, 4:30 – 6:00 pm: We are looking for 4 student volunteers to assist with check – in at the Orientation Dinner at the Jean Hower Taber Student Union (dinner provided).

Summer Trial Academy Shepherds – Friday, August 23, 7:30 am – 2:00 pm: We are looking for 6 student volunteers to shepherd each group of 1L students to and from their respective courtrooms at the Summit County Courthouse (lunch provided).

Please email Shannon Aupperle at sfauppe@uakron.edu as soon as possible if you would like to assist with any of the aspects of Orientation Week.  Please be sure to indicate with which aspect you would like to assist.
