On Wednesday, October 16, Akron Law hosted the Federal Bar Association meeting featuring Judge Jack Zouhary. Any students interested in reading Judge Zouhary’s article “Civil Litigatin is not an Oxymoron” may pick up a copy in the Law School main office.

This informal free luncheon will feature a question and answer sessions with Hon. Judge Jack Zouhary who presides in the US District Courthouse in Toledo, Ohio.
Hon. Judge Jack Zouhary is expected to talk about best practices in managing civil cases and several proposed changes to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure which would impact such proceedings and those involved in them.
Lunch will be provided.
