Graduates: Is Your Name Accurate?

Attention Graduates! DEADLINE: This Friday, April 25, 2014

On Monday, April 14, you should have received an email from Anthony Colucci regarding the way your name is currently in the system. This is how it will appear in the commencement program, as well as on your diploma, and on the class composite photo (whether you were photographed or not) according to your primary name in MyAkron.

Name changes (including the change from a middle initial to a full middle name) require a legal document (marriage license, divorce decree, court order, driver’s license, or social security card) indicating the name change, and must be requested in person at the Office of the University Registrar in Simmons Hall 120.

This is a reminder to make these changes no later than this Friday.
