JAMES KENNEDY LAW One Tough Student Scholarship

We are James Kennedy Law, a Texas law firm that represents victims of personal injury and workplace injury accidents. Our firm is especially passionate about helping those who suffer injuries from drunk driving accidents, and we extend that passion through our One Tough Student Scholarship.

For the Spring 2023 semester, we are offering two awards each worth $1,000 to graduate and undergraduate students who have been affected by drunk driving. We hope this email brings our scholarship to your attention so that you may share it with your students.

Florin|Roebig Is Proud To Announce A 2023 $1,500 College Scholarship Essay Contest

Florin|Roebig knows how valuable higher education can be, not only in shaping society but in helping young people reach their long-term academic and professional goals. For this reason, we’re proud to announce a scholarship contest awarding 1,500.  All details may be found here.

First, second and third-place prizes are available through an essay contest, highlighting the upcoming election from the view of a college student.

2023 Diane and Stephen Uhl Essay Competition for Law School Students

The Freedom From Religion Foundation has just announced its 2023 essay contest for law school students. FFRF is offering over $9,000 in prizes for the top three essays submitted on the topic, and $500 honorable mentions at judges’ discretion.

ESSAY TOPIC: Write an essay making the strongest argument possible under the current caselaw that a law banning or restricting abortion should be invalidated based on the religious liberty interests of a potential plaintiff.

WORD LENGTH: 1,500 words (not including footnotes)

PRIZE INFORMATION: 1st Place $4,000, 2nd Place $3,000, and 3rd Place $2,000

DEADLINE: March 15, 2023 at midnight. You will be notified by mid summer if you win.

ELIGIBILITY: The contest is open to all ongoing law school students attending a North American law school. You remain eligible to enter this contest if you will graduate from law school by spring or summer of 2023. You are not eligible to enter if you will be starting law school for the first time in the fall of 2023. You may not re-enter if FFRF has already awarded you for a law student essay.
