Pittsburgh Injury Lawyers are known for getting substantial judgments in Court for victims of car accidents. We would like to help the future generation of car accident lawyers with their education costs by offering an annual $500 scholarship. The scholarship will be based on an essay competition with a topic based on car accident law. Open to students seeking a legal degree

Hoggatt Law scholarship opportunity

We are Hoggatt Law Office, P.C., a personal injury and workers’ compensation law firm in northern Colorado, and we are offering a scholarship to a student whose parent has been injured or killed in a work-related accident. The Hoggatt Injury Law Children of Injured Workers Scholarship is for the amount of $1,000, and applications are open to undergraduate and graduate students throughout the U.S.

  • Have a parent who was affected by a work-related injury
  • Have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5
  • Be a U.S. citizen
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be enrolled for the Spring 2022 semester

We also ask applicants to submit an essay about their academic and career goals. The deadline to apply is December 1, 2021.

James Kennedy Law scholarship opportunity – deadline extended

We are James Kennedy Law, a Texas law firm that represents victims of personal injury and workplace injury accidents. Our firm is especially passionate about helping those who suffer injuries from drunk driving accidents and we extend that passion through our One Tough Student Scholarship. For the Spring 2022 semester, we are offering two awards each worth $1,000 to graduate and undergraduate students who have been affected by drunk driving.

  • The student or their family member was injured by a drunk driver
  • The student has a need for financial assistance, with an annual family income of less than $75,000
  • The student is enrolled for Spring 2022 in an accredited U.S. college or university
  • The student is a U.S. citizen

We ask applicants to submit an essay detailing how they believe drunk driving accidents can be reduced at a societal level and elaborating on what steps they can take to prevent drunk driving in their community. The deadline to apply is January 22, 2022.

Funk & Associates Law Student Scholarship

A $500 scholarship is awarded twice per year (July and December). Open to any 2L or 3L at an accredited US law school. Application is an essay of 500-1000 words that describes how the student plans to help others in their career. Submissions are currently being accepted, and the next deadline is November 15, 2021, with the winner being announced by late December. All details may be found here.

Burress Injury Law Scholarship Opportunity

Our Texas law firm, Burress Injury Law, is offering several scholarship awards to students throughout the U.S. who are pursuing higher education in the coming year. Our Burress Injury Law Underdog Scholarships support students who have persevered through adversity and have a passion for helping other people. For Spring 2022, we will select one recipient to receive a $5,000 award, as well as two additional recipients to receive $2,500 awards.

Eligible applicants include any U.S. citizen who is enrolled at an accredited U.S. college or university for the Spring 2022 semester. We ask applicants to write and submit an essay of no more than 500 words in response to the prompt: “Describe a challenge or trying time in your life through which you persevered, and how the experience helped shape your future.” The essay and all other application materials must be submitted by the deadline of November 15, 2021.
