Avnet Law 2021 National Scholarship

Our firm is renewing our third annual $1000.00 scholarship available to undergraduates or graduate students – the Avnet Law 2021 National Scholarship.  The scholarship is available to any student who demonstrates a history of either community service or community involvement.   The scholarship will be awarded on August 1, 2021 and the deadline to apply is July 15, 2021.  The link to our scholarship can be found here:  https://avnetlaw.com/scholarship

·         One student will be selected to receive $1000 in scholarship funds based on winning essay submission.

Elite Lawyer scholarship opportunity

Elite Lawyer, a directory and rating service that recognizes high-achieving attorneys who have made significant contributions to their communities and the legal profession is offering a $500 scholarship for the Fall 2021 semester to support college students who have a similar passion for making a difference in their communities.

Applications are open to students who:

  • Are currently enrolled in an undergraduate  or graduate program at an accredited U.S. college or university for Fall 2021
  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Have a current GPA of at least 3.0

We require that applicants submit either an original 500-word essay or 2-minute video presentation answering the question: “What positive change are you working to bring to your community this year?” The deadline to apply is August 1, 2021. The Hoggatt Injury Law Children of Injured Workers Scholarship

We are Hoggatt Law Office, P.C., a personal injury and workers’ compensation law firm in northern Colorado, and we are offering a scholarship to a student whose parent has been disabled or killed in a work-related accident. The Hoggatt Injury Law Children of Injured Workers Scholarship is for the amount of $1,000, and applications are open to undergraduate and graduate students throughout the U.S.

  • Have a parent who was disabled or killed due to a work-related injury
  • Have a demonstrated need for financial assistance
  • Have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be enrolled for the Fall 2021 semester

We also ask applicants to submit an essay about their academic and career goals. The deadline to apply is August 1, 2021.

The Hoggatt Injury Law Scholarship Team

Antonoplos & Associates scholarship opportunity

Our law firm Antonoplos & Associates recently created the “Antonoplos & Associates Legal Scholarship” award that will offer one incoming or current 1L, 2L, or 3L law student at an ABA accredited law school a $2,500 scholarship. The scholarship is a one-time award. However, applicants who have received the award in a previous year can reapply for the scholarship the following year. The eligibility requirements for the scholarship are:

  • Must be a U.S. resident,
  • Must be an incoming or current 1L, 2L, or 3L law student at an ABA Accredited school,
  • Must have at least a bachelor’s degree,
  • Applicants must have graduated from their university or college with a 3.0 GPA or above.

Further, the application requirements for the scholarship are:

  • Current resume,
  • Unofficial undergraduate transcript,
  • Candidates must submit a 1000-word minimum essay that describes what they hope to contribute to the legal field and how they plan to positively impact their community.

The scholarship will be applied to tuition or cost-of-living expenses for the 2022-2023 school year and the application deadline is May 31st, 2022.
