2017 Loyola Patent Law Interview Program Registration Begins February 6, 2017

To:                          All Law Students Returning for Fall Semester 2017

Re:                         2017 Loyola Patent Law Interview Program Registration

What:                   Loyola University Chicago School of Law is hosting the 2017 Patent Law Interview Program.

When:                  August 3 and 4, 2017.  Student registration will begin on February 6, 2017 and end on March 10, 2017.  We will provide additional information about student registration next month.

Where: Chicago, IL – Loyola University School of Law

Who:                     You do not need to be patent bar eligible to register for the Patent Law Interview Program. However, many employers make patent bar eligibility a requirement for bidding, and most employers prefer patent bar eligible students. Although a number of employers indicate on their registration forms that they are willing to interview students who are not patent bar eligible, it is our experience that non-patent bar eligible students are generally disappointed as they do not receive many interviews or job offers through the Patent Law Interview Program. Students who will graduate before the program is held in August 2017 and students who plan to graduate after May/June 2019 are not eligible for the 2017 Patent Law Interview Program.

Cost:                      You will need to pay your own expenses – travel, hotel and food.  The School of Law will pay your $35 registration fee

Register:             For additional information, and to register beginning February 6, 2017, when registration opens, follow this link:  2017 Registration
