The Supreme Court’s Decision on the Constitutionality of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act
On July 12, 2012, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., The University of Akron School of Law will present a one hour program on the upcoming decision of the Supreme Court in United States Department of Health and Human Services v. The presenter will be Professor Wilson R. Huhn. Professor Huhn is the author of the book ObamaCare: Is It Necessary, What Will It Accomplish, Is It Constitutional? and the attorney of record of an amicus brief submitted to the Supreme Court in this case. Important Reminder Regarding Pro Bono/Community Service Hours!
Reminder that all pro bono and community service hours completed during the Spring semester must be reported online and you must hand in your Certification of Supervisor form by this Friday, June 29th.
