The Erie County (PA) Bar Association has announced the availability of applications for its Chief Justice Samuel Roberts Scholarship. If you are a graduate of a high school located in Wayne County, Ohio*, there are two scholarship programs available to help defray the costs of law school.  The F. Emerson Logee Memorial Law Scholarship and The Wayne County Bar Association Scholarship funds are administered by the Wayne County Community Foundation.  More information, including application forms, can be found at www.waynecountycommunityfoundation.org.  Please note that the deadline for applications is June 9!

*The Scholarship Committee may waive this requirement under special circumstances.

The Fisher & Talwar $1,000 Legal Inspiration Scholarship is now available to students currently pursuing or plan on pursuing a career in law.

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be a full-time student who is currently attending (or planning to attend full-time) an accredited institution of higher education.
• Must provide proof of current enrollment or plans to enroll in an accredited institution of higher education. If you have not received acceptance, you may still apply, but be sure to provide proof of acceptance and enrollment for the scholarship to be released.
• Must have a minimum of 3.0 GPA.

Deadline to Apply: December 1st, 2014.
