Gerald Miller PA. is again thrilled to offer a $2500 scholarship to support law students who aspire to become criminal defense Lawyers. The purpose of The Aspiring Criminal Defense Lawyer Law Student Scholarship Is twofold. First to provide financial assistance to alleviate some of cost in attending law school and second to validate the law school students goals and aspirations of becoming a Criminal Defense lawyer.

ELGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for the Gerald Miller PA Aspiring Criminal Defense Lawyer Law Student Scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements.

Must be a U.S Citizen.
Must be enrolled and in good standing, or enrolling in 2025, as a full-time student in a Law school located in the U.S and accredited by The American Bar Association’s (ABA) Council of the Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar.
Must have a minimum overall law school 3.0 GPA or if enrolling in law school must have a minimum undergraduate overall 3.0 GPA.
Must comply with IRS rules to qualify for the TAX-FREE benefits of the Scholarship.
Employees and affiliates of Gerald Miller PA are not eligible.

It’s time to apply for the Hutchison & Foreman Committing to Justice Scholarship! At our Texas law firm, we dedicate significant time and effort to building a strong future for the legal community. To continue this mission, we are offering $1,500 twice a year to prospective and current law students nationwide.

Who is Eligible?

  • Law students interested in representing plaintiffs in civil rights or employment discrimination cases
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Enrolled in an accredited law school

The Pullan & Young Supporting Prisoners’ Families Scholarship was established to help students who have loved ones who have been convicted of criminal offenses. We believe that every student should have access to an education, regardless of their circumstances, and our goal is to help make college more accessible and affordable for those affected by incarceration in their family. Each semester, Pullan & Young aims to help these students achieve their educational goals and reach their full potential. This $1000 scholarship will be awarded to one student per semester.

Criteria to be Considered

To be considered for the Pullan & Young Supporting Prisoners’ Families Scholarship, please review the following criteria:

  • >Applicants must have a parent or family member who has been incarcerated
  • >Applicants must be enrolled in or accepted into an accredited college or university within the United States for the Spring 2025 semester
  • >Applicants must be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree
  • >Applicants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of application
