Our purpose is to create a campus environment that builds community and enhances the experience of undergraduate students.
- To pursue projects to grow campus spirit throughout the student body
- To create and facilitate a Consent Awareness Campus designed to increase understanding about consent and coercion
- To address areas on campus that need help growing student engagement

Academic Policy and Student Success
As APSS committee we work to ensure that students are informed and provided with all academic resources the university provides.
Our focus this year:
– Collaborating with our Social Media Team to highlight academic resources
– Passed Brightspace Reporting Legislation. This legislation ensures that students will be able to see all of their letter grades at any point throughout the semester.
– We are currently working on creating a BCAS Unity Council. This council will unite all of BCAS students and create more of a community in the Butchel College of Arts and Sciences.
– Filmed a video for incoming freshman to better navigate Workday!

Facilities, Amenities, Services and Transportation
The Facilities, Amenities, Services & Transportation Committee is committed to advocating for student safety and improving the overall on-campus experience. We work to address concerns related to housing, parking, transportation, campus facilities, and other essential student services.
Our focus this year:
- Addressing accessibility concerns and physical barriers across campus
- Resolving issues with bathrooms in academic buildings
- Collaborating with on-campus entities to ensure the best and most accessible student experience
Our goal is to ensure campus spaces are safe, accessible, and functional for all students.
We also host fast tours, which are conducted in various buildings on campus to address accessibility concerns and improvements for the betterment of the student body experience. Please visit our Instagram for the dates!
