Con Law Symposium this Friday at 1:30 PM in Room 180!

Please join us for the upcoming winter symposium sponsored by the Con Law Center and UA’s Bliss Institute on Friday, January 25 at 1:30 PM in the Brennan Court Room.  “50 Years of the 25^th Amendment: When a President is Unable to Discharge the Duties of Office” discusses section 4 of the 25^th Amendment and its provision for the Vice President and the cabinet to remove a president from office due to disability.  We have some big names presenting, including Dr. Bandy Lee who has been in the papers recently, John Feerick, the originator and drafter of the 25^th Amendment, and Harold Koh, who has written the recent report on the implementation of the 25^th Amendment.
