Overview: The Law Office of Donald L. Bell Uplifting Communities Scholarship supports students who are passionate about serving and advocating for underserved communities. The scholarship provides $1,500 to one student each semester who demonstrates a commitment to community impact and advocacy.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be enrolled at and in good academic standing with an accredited college or university.
- Must maintain a GPA of at least 2.7.
- Must be at least 17 years old.
- Must be a United States citizen or permanent resident.
- Must be passionate about supporting underserved communities.

- Completed online scholarship application.
- Proof of enrollment.
- Documentation of GPA.
- A two-minute video essay highlighting the applicant’s advocacy efforts and commitment to uplifting underserved communities.
