Overview: The Castellano Law Firm Parent Pathways Scholarship supports parents who are pursuing higher education while balancing the responsibilities of raising a child. The scholarship provides $1,000 to one student per semester to help reduce the financial burden of earning a degree or certification.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be the parent of a child under age 18.
- Must be enrolled or planning to enroll in an undergraduate program, graduate program, or trade school within the United States for the Spring 2027 semester.
- Must be at least 17 years old.
- Must be a citizen of the United States.
Application Requirements:
- Completed online scholarship application.
- Proof of enrollment.
- A 750–1,000 word essay describing how being a parent has influenced the applicant’s educational journey, the challenges they have faced, the strategies they have used to overcome them, and how earning their degree or certification will benefit their family, community, and future goals.
- Applications must be submitted through the scholarship application page by January 13, 2027.
