 Cleveland, OH:  Symplicity Job # 4268. Major Cleveland law firm seeks a 2L (class of 2014) for an eight-week summer clerkship in its Cleveland office.  The summer law clerk will work with members of the Business Litigation and Product Liability Litigation practice groups.  Outstanding academic credentials (top 10%), excellent writing and research skills, and a strong interest in a career as a trial lawyer are required.  Participation in Law Review and moot court team competition are preferred, as is coursework and/or clinical offerings in trial practice.  Required materials include a letter of interest, resume, and transcript. Downtown Youngstown, OH: Litigation defense law firm seeks law clerk to work 20 hours/week. Hours are flexible. Typical law clerk duties including research, writing, etc. Firm prefers current 2^nd year full time or 3^rd year part time students (Class of 2014) in the top 50% of their class. Bill Price and Amy Papesh from Elk and Elk  will speak to students about “Business Development for Lawyers“.  Hear from two very successful lawyers about how to get new clients, how to keep those clients and what it takes to succeed in the legal profession. At one point or another, all lawyers will be expected to bring business in to their firms. Food will be served to those who attend.
