Extended Bar Prep Study Group

Saturday 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM. in L-352.

All welcome!  If you haven’t had BBA, here’s a chance to dive in and get your feet wet before the tightly packed bar prep period.  I even have a couple of coggles to help you sort it out!  (In addition to the pile-o-books i bring every week.)

We’re writing the answer to the question the examinees dubbed “corpagency.”  Like many (most) agency questions, it’s a sleeper and many people do not recognized it is an agency question until they’ve already committed to another subject and written half of it.

The question is February 2017, Question 3.

Important information for students submitting their application to register as a candidate for the Ohio Bar Exam

  • Applications must be filed (received) with the Office of Bar Admissions by November 15, 2018.
  • Your Certificate of Dean, fingerprint card, and your certified college transcript (if you provided us an extra one) will be ready for pickup in the Student Affairs office beginning Monday, October 1, 2018. You must present a current photo ID at pick up.
  • The University of Akron Police Department will have fingerprint sessions in the McDowell Common:
  • Monday, October 8, 2018 from 12:15-1:15 and 5:15-6:15 p.m.
  • Thursday, October 11, 2018 from 12:15-1:15 and 5:15-6:15 p.m.
  • The cost is $5 cash or check only.
  • You must present a valid driver’s license or other state issued ID.
