Overview:
The Law Office of Caroline Norman Frost is offering the Overcoming Homelessness Scholarship to support students who have either experienced homelessness or made a meaningful effort to fight homelessness in their community. One student will receive a $1,000 award for the Fall 2026 semester.

  • Must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
  • Must be enrolled in or planning to enroll in an undergraduate or graduate program in the United States for Fall 2026
