Month: August 2009
This issue has been resolved.
Internet Explorer 8 has been found to create several issues with Springboard!. We strongly recommend you NOT use IE 8 with Springboard!, at this time.
One of the biggest issues involved Content. If you are are using IE8 and experience a problem viewing files in the Content area of Springboard! (because of frames), here is what you can do:
1. Move your cursor to the extreme right side of your screen until it changes to a double-sided arrow. NOTE: The double-sided arrow will appear when your cursor hovers over the vertical frame.
2. Click and hold your left mouse button.
3. Pull the edge of the frame to the left. Your documents will show to the right of the vertical frame.
