In preparation for this, we recommend that you Export your Gradebook data to an alternate location after you finalize your calculations. Instructional Services anticipates the system will be offline from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. on December 16. We certainly apologize in advance if anyone is inconvenienced. If you have questions or concerns, please e-mail Wendy Lampner at

As we approach the end of the semester, please prepare to do the following:

  1. Calculate your Final Grades.
  2. Export your Gradebook data to a secure location.
  3. Copy your course Content to a new Spring course or to an archived copy.
  4. Compile your Discussions to a file you can print or archive.

Please review this detailed handout for the step-by-step instructions to complete the above tasks.
