    I used Springboard quite extensively this past year. The changes that were put in place this year seemed to complicate rather than help. I have needed more tech support this year than before and it has been very challenging. The most exasperating aspect is in developing groups and have them be functional. Thanks to the tech support staff who have been helpful but it seems like it shouldn’t require as much support if it was user friendly. thanks
