The ZipSupport Call Center will be closed beginning 12/24/2010 and will resume operations on 1/3/2011. However, you can still submit requests for Springboard support during that time by sending a message to springboardhelp@uakron.edu. Support requests should receive a response within 24 hours, and will be escalated as needed.
